How To Jack Up?
How To Jack Up? Hi, everyone.
I understand that with F-bodies, you have to be careful where you position the jack to prevent possible damage to the chassis. On that note, can someone please tell me where to position a jack (or even the type of jack more suitable than others) on the front end to lift up one side just high enough to be able to remove the wheel?
I saw mechanical jacks listed on the Autozone website, are those suitable for a 4th generation F-body?
Any advice is appreciated.

I just use a regular 2 1/2 ton floor jack under the k-member... Its slow at first..cuz you dont get much for pump but it works. or if you only want one at a time, hit the frame right behind the lower fender tabs that hang down. Located behind the front wheel. Dont catch the tabs with the jack
