Default Firehawk Centercaps

I have a really stupid question about my firehawk wheels I just had put on. Are the centercaps held on by the allen screws or are they just for looks? The reason I ask is because 2 are really tight and the other 2 caps are really loose no matter how tight I get the screws? I dont want to strip them just trying to get them tighter because they seem about as tight as they can get. Who can answer this dumbass question for me. I dont want to loose the centercaps because they are hard to find. Thanks.

The caps are press ins, and are held in by plastic clips. You likely have a few of the clips broken on a couple. The bolt heads are for looks. If you take the wheel off, you will see about 15 clips. They are easy to push out from the inside, but, you may break more off if you take them out, and then try to press them in again.
