Ford stud spacing (4.50") is not the same as GM stud spacing (4.75") - unless they are set up with BOTH sets of holes (10 holes per wheel) or with slotted spacers for studs (which flip-flop), these will NOT fit.

You just need to buy the right lugs and washers. They aren't slotted though which is weird, I think us GM guys got lucky and just any regular shank nut and washer will work. At least that is what I used on them.

They are made to fit both 5x4.5 and 5x4.75 bolt patterns.

Yeah here are some pics another member posted that shows the offset washers. Mine are the regular ones too.

Everyone knows Greg Welds fit both GM/Ford/Mopar bolt patterns.

The fronts will bolt right on with no issues.

The rears will not fit without a SERIOUS unsafe amount of grinding. I think only one or two people ever ground enough to fit the rears.

To keep a good looking budget setup, most people just run Weld Prostars in the rear, to keep the grinding minimal. Here's my old setup with Greg Weld fronts and Prostar rears.
