I really hate saying this but try doing a search, the 5x120 vs. 5x120.65 debate has been hammered out in just about every "Check out my new wheels" thread out there. There are several people running 5x120 wheels, including myself, without issues. Everyone has their view point and opinion; the best thing to do is read the posts and make your own decision.
As far as any given BMW wheel fitting you would have to take into consideration the offset and wheel width as well. Check out the sticky at the top of the page for offset ranges by wheel width.

The first thing to do is go measure your current rims and see what they range in size. I bet, if you measure all four, you'll see they range from 119mm - 121mm in size. I'm running 5x120mm rims now for 5+ years and no issues.
Also, you need to realize that we're talking about the difference of 0.75mm, or 0.030", which is less than the thickness of your head gasket. Take into account that it is over the span of two lugnuts, and you'll see that it's not a big deal.
Torque the wheels correclty, and you'll have no issues.

Ive been running my wheels for over a year now with no issues, I personaly love the offset of the wheels, Ive never like the way some after market or replica wheels look on F-bodys the fender over gap looks like **** when you look at the car from the side.

We would never guarantee fitment on these because the hub size is 2mm too large.. and we believe that our line of wheels that are specifically designed for Corvettes, Camaro and Z28's are the best choice.

ran them on my 1999 Z28 for awhile and had no probs. Auto Xed the car pretty hard and daily drove them with no issues. Now i have them on my m3 haha.

Got the clutch worked in and went out to my local track last night. Well the invo didnt hook at all at the track. Driving around town they hook pretty well nd was excited to see how they would hook at the strip and was very dissappointed to say the least. Best 60' of the night was like 2.26, trapping at 93mph in the 1/8th. We will see how they last, just def not something to take to the track and expect it to hook. Good street tire though very very good in the rain.
