a good reason to avoid using rt-615s on the street: heat cycles kill traction over time. if you're daily driving on competition tires, the sunlight and spirited driving is going to make the tire compound harder over time which reduces traction. i've had this happen to me on 3 different sets of falken azenis (rt-215 and rt-615).

this is a major reason i stopped using falken RT-615s for street and started looking to R compounds. the RT-615s last such a long time that they're worthless to me by the time they're about half tread.
