tire and abs question
tire and abs question i have a 2000 t/a with abs and i put a 28" tire in the back and after driver for a few miles the brake light and abs inop light both come on and i have no abs is that normal im guessing it messes with the wheel speed sensor is there any way to fix this or just pull the abs fuse and live with it
Pulling the fuse alone is not your best option.
Install our ABS delete kit with an adjustable proportioning valve. Right now you have an ABS system that is not working correctly and totally out of calibration. If you don't want to install an ABS delete kit, at mininum we can offer you an adjustable proportioning valve.
Only other option is to return to similar diameter front/rear tire combinations.
