alumastars, do they fit?
If you are going to go to the higher-priced lighter weld alumastar rims, you may as well consider the bogart alumalights or similar P2 series which would be in the same class rim...they are lighter then the welds:-)

im not considering buying them, i had an offer to borrow a set, and i figure that they will fit w/ a spacer. thanks fellas.
In comparison, the bogart P2 generally speaking are MORE then a 1 lb lighter per wheel! As previously mentioned, these are not a direct fit for LS1's.
I believe the aluma stars fronts are ~9.5 and the rear are ~10.5...I may be a little off on these numbers, they are easily attainable by calling up weld for the specs. Our P1 rims which I built to be a direct fitment for LS1 and LT1's fronts come in lighter and the rears are almost exactly the same. I'm not stating the welds are terrible rims by any means. I feel there are better options using our rims.
Bogart rims are the lightest rims available anywhere.
