Default Need Help, Vette Z06 wheels

I'm going to try and find some real Z06 wheels, (silver painted), for my 99 FRC. What I want to know is can any tire shop take the air pressure sensors and transfer them to the Z06 wheels since they don't come with sensors? Most places will charge another 400$ + bucks to add sensors to a tire wheel combo. Silly question, I know... but I just want to make sure. I'm sure this has been asked a million times.

400 Dollars to swap sensors is recockulous. It shouldn't be hard to do. We used to do it all the time at our old shop.

Sorry.... not to swap but to add NEW sensors on new wheels. I'm curious how are they held on?

they are bolted onto the wheel where the valve goes, it replaces the normal rubber valve that you are used to...

Someone should make one of those demotivaters for those sensors.. How hard is it to take a look at your tires every now and then. I try to every time I park my car for the day/night.
