Default draglites not fitting in the front?

I have 15 x 3 1/2 draglites with 5/16 spacer and they still dont fit, is this normal or is something wrong that i should look into?

I never had any issues with Draglites on my car. They went right on after a small spacer.

My 3.5" Draglites fit just fine with a 5/16" spacer. Maybe my brake pads are worn, it's been a while since I've changed them. Do you have relatively new (and therefore fat) pads?
