I'm goin with Gordo on that one cause 17x8 just seems small but if thats what you want them buy all means buy em up and post pics cause they may end up lookin half decent with the right setup with tires but idk who makes em or where there made at sorry i couldnt help ya there though
I only posted that to identify the rims, not sizes. My concern is buying something inferior - many people will not buy ARE anymore because they are made in China and concerned with their quality. These certainly are reasonably priced compared to a lot of stuff out there but I don't want to buy junk either. This will be for a DD, nothing serious like racing, etc.
I'm interested in these wheels as well and have performed multiple searches with zero results. This thread is the closest I've come to finding anything and considering the OP's question was never answered, I'm reviving it.
Summit presently has these wheels available in size 17"x9" with two choices of Backspacing. Either 5.00" with 0.00mm Offset or 6.00" with a 25mm Offset. I realize the Backspacing on the Factory 17" WS6 Wheels is 7.00" with a 50mm Offset, but I'd like to know if either of these choices with fit my 1999 and 2000 Formula?
I am not concerned in the least about how heavy or light these wheels are. The car I plan to mount them on only occasionally sees the Strip and will be wrapped with Street Tires.
Let me be clear, I'm not looking for suggestions on alternate wheels. I'm looking for information about these wheels. Unless the wheels just won't fit properly, I don't want to hear about TTM's or any other comparable wheel. I am concerned about Quality and Fitment with these wheels.
