I don't know much about wheels and how to get the right ones so please excuse my stupid questions but how would you have them widened. would the vendor custome make those for you. and how do you think 18"s would look?

Higher-end wheel manufacturers often offer custom-built wheels, but these wheels are pretty cheap. I'm going to send them to Weldcraft Wheels in Michigan. I've heard a lot of good things about them. To widen the wheel, they cut the rim and extend it by welding additional metal in. It's not too expensive, about $200 per wheel.

18" wheels look great on F-bodies. I'm going with 17" wheels for lower unsprung weight.
