Default Year One Snowflakes

Anybody seen or touched these wheels in person? There are 2 types from what I can read on their Site. Cast and Billet. If you have them on your 4th Gen, I would like to see a good pic of the entire car that isn't 1"x2" and how your "Dealings" with Year One and Shipping went.

Don't want to start any wars or anything.

thanks,

Jester.....

These are cast, and whereas the idea is cool, i'm not really a fan. They look like wheels off of a beretta or something. Cast would be a different story, but i'm pretty sure those are just under 1000 per rim.

I'd like to see a set of 19's with a big fat lip out back and gold centers. Everyone seems to run the tiny 17's.

Thank you for taking time to reply.

Agreed, the Billet's do appear to have a wider lip, From the 1x1 pic that I can see on the Year 1 website, and true they are a little pricey, 2735.00 for a set of 4 with nuts and center caps.
FWIW, I actually did a search and found your post. I was hoping for more than, "I Don't like 'em, Not a Fan, Meh, Needs a Shaker" etc. Opinions are certainly appreciated, and I enjoy them, but what I was hunting for, I didn't find.
For example, How did they ship? They're cast Aluminum, did they get banged up in shipping? Was Year One Helpful, or did they have the "Big Guy/Little Guy" attitude? When you had them balanced did they check out true, did they seem to require more weights? Now that you have had them a while how's the clearcoat?

I probably wasn't as clear as I should have been in the original post, and I apologize for that.

Jester.

I love these wheels and have subscribed for pics! I want to run the 18's, these things are expensive though!
