Looks good man, Im debating if I should buy welds frm a seller on craigslist & put the rims on my car I want a drag set up hes sellin his for 600 rims & tires I really want them black, but idk it'll look good with my car with its new color Electron Blue. but those rims r badass! Man

how often u had to polish them??
How is the ride when u have a drag set for a daily driver?
Are ur rears 15x10?
I'm sure there grinding on the brakes rite?
Any dislike when riding ur car while u have drag wheels?

Sorry about the delay, finally got the car back together. Updated pics on page 1.

Thanks for all good and dislike compliments, I know that not everyone likes the same thing. I like the way it turned out, btw it has 275/60 MT drag radials out back.

...look like spares or cheap wheels that lost the hubcaps

not a good look AT ALL and no combination of gloss/matte/semi/polished lip is going to help

I think the crinkle finish cuts down too much on the design of the wheels. I mean, it probably looks a whole lot different in person, but from the pics, looks like spares.

One word. No.
Two words. Spare tire.
Three words. Spray on bedliner

Sorry not feeling it AT all.

I dig the wrinkle finish. Seen that finish on lots of valve covers and whipple superchargers have that finish. I think I would leave the wrinkle finish and do the lips color matched to your car. That would be different and maybe not be so "spare tire" looking.

It looks like you took of your nice draglites and found some junkyard donuts to throw on there instead.

I like em. Atlest to me when everyone else at the track is either polishing there wheels and trying not to damage them by rocks or whatever coming off the track, he wont be worried to much about the wheels.

Haha yea man looks like black sandpaper.... The lip looks good. I would def get them powdercoated $50 a wheel. Or just spray on the gloss black. But at least your car looks mean as hell. Whats the mods?

I like the wheels, just not on that car. I have the same idea for my car, and they would look much better on my stripped down plain old V6 Camaro. A bright red 35th isn't really much of a sleeper.

The wheels will do for now, mainly drive the car on the stock wheels. Eventually I want to get some black anodize Weld Magnums or Aluma stars. Thanks, the car was cam only. Just basic bolt-ons like full exhaust, lid, pulley, gears, stall, and some small suspension stuff and cammed.

Its under the knife for the winter and under going a good amount of changes.

btw updated the first page with more recent/better pictures.
