Default Removing overspray/oxidation.

Couple weeks ago I got my car back from getting a nearly full paint job, however the weather has been crap so I didn't get around to doing a full wash/wax till yesterday. To my surprise my chrome zr1's now have this foggy layer of what looks like oxidation all over them and I'm having a hell of a time getting it off, my guess is that it's clear coat overspray from the body shop.

Can somebody recommend me a good chemical or tool to get this **** off? Would some polish and a powerball drill attachment work?

Thanks.

The clay bar should remove the overspray. You might need something a little more aggressive, but I would try the clay bar first. Where are you located?

Alright I'll give that a shot, I just didn't want to damage them by using the wrong tool/chemical. 0000 wool you say?

Yes, I used 0000 on the barrels, inside and out and a few tight places next to the spokes. They were the old 5 star style.
