Default Wheel offset question

I'm a noob with wheels and backspacing, I read the sticky but I'm not sure if there is anyway I could fit these or not. The wheel size in question in a 18x10 with a +25mm offset, I know in the sticky it says to only mount up 38-50mm, is there anyway to mount those wheels? I guess I didn't understand the concept of the backspacing. Is the less the backspace mm the farther the wheel sticks out? Thanks again, sorry if I'm dumb lol!

Yes, the +25mm offset will stick out further; to far. IMO, stick with a wheel in the +38 to +50 offset range.
Back spacing is usually given in inches, and offset in millimeters, but there not the same thing. Backspacing is measured from the outside edge of the wheel lip to the wheel hub mounting surface. Offset is measured from the wheel center-line to the actually wheel hub mounting surface. A positive +offset means the hub mounting surface is moved closer to the wheel lip(outward facing), and a deep dish wheel usually has a negative- offset, or smaller than normal backspacing.
