Default which tire+wheel sizes will fit without modifications?

Im interested in a 17x9.5 = 18x10.5 wheel combo but Im wondering if I would need to beat up my car to get them on? Whats the biggest wheel and tire I can go without having to mod ANYTHING else?

That should work, I think a lot of people run 11" wide rears with 315 tires, am planning on doing that myself

the 18" should be fine

Ive run 17 by the 9.5 on both front and rear without any issues at all

My younger brother ran a 17X9.5 front and 18X10.5 rear combo on his trans am and it looked nice because it filled in the wheel well in the rear. He had TT2's and didnt have to make any modifications to his vehicle. He used a panhard rod for alignment purposes. When looking that them from the top of the rear fender, they were perfectly plush with the surface and when looking from the rear, it looked mean as hell. However the wheel we on the camaro apparently is smaller than the trans am so you might have to do a little homework but I havent come across anyone who had that problem on their camaros, you should be ok but check just to make sure.
