Question about offsets
Question about offsets I have a 98 Z28, and i found the PERFECT rims for my car. They are 17 by 9 with 35mm offsets. My question is, i saw in the sticky that the recommended offset is at least 38 for my car. Will i have problems putting tires on these rims? i was hoping to put 275/40/17 on the back and 255/45/17 on the front with these rims...

I run 38 mm offset 9.5" wide wheels . . . so since the wheel you propose i 1/2" narrower, I.E. 12.7 mm slimmer, the face will effectively, but 6 mm deeper in the wheel well compare to mine.
So you are great to go, and definitely use a 275/40R17 tire on all four wheels.
