Default Wheel Spacer Question

I have a 98 TA, running 17x9.5 Replica C5-Z06 rims. These have 255/45r17 Rubber. I wanna get the rims to sit more flush, anybody run spacers on this combo to get it flush with fender?

Pics of current offset :

I have 20" IROCs on my monte ss and ran adapters since they are a zero offset. It gave them a staggered look, flush with the body in the rear no spacer in front, and had no problems. Any rim shop will have them for about 100$. Despite of what people say adapters are safe, as for the thin spacers I don't know. I believe they have 1/4 inch adapters that will push the rim out 1/4 inch. Good luck!

First, what's the wheel offset?
Without knowing the offset, anybodies answer is just a guess!

You can run some H&R 20mm(3/4") hub spacers, but you'll want to make sure the rear is centered with an adjustable PHB, and you might need to slightly roll the rear fender lips.

Are you sure the center bore is 71.5, and not 70.5?
It should be a 70.5.
