Default Help with friends wheels/brake issue!

I have a friends that just got some 15x10 6.5"BS. He grinded them till the calipers were gone and no good and they still rubbed! Ok can he run a drag brakes setup and keep his ebrake to make this work? Can he go to some lt1 rear brakes being smaller and keep the ebrake? Thanks

He has centerline

Yea I read somewhere that running drag brakes was about the only way to get these to fit on an f-body in the rear. Definetly a good looking wheel.
