wheel spacer
wheel spacer i'm wondering if my setup would look a little more "mean" if i got a 5/16s wheel spacer or something similar for the rear wheels? tell me what you think if you've had this done before. obviously i can imagine it, just like you, but for those of you who have used a wheel spacer with a 275/40/17 before can probably give me a better answer

but CAN i run a 5/16 spacer from pep boys in the rear and be just fine?

I used the 5/16" Spacer from Pep-Boys. Worked fine, but since it is a universal fit unit, it is "sloppy". Big holes, doesn't center itself . . .
Improved the look, but it put the lugs at the absolute extreem of minimal grip, so I do recommend longer studs. ARP are available at many of our sponsors.

I'm running the same spacer as the other guy. Those are z06's right? Yeah , I got them also and didn't like how the wheel tucked in. A 5/16th's spacer made a huge difference. 4th gen's have fat asses and the spacer just made the wheel wells look more "filled in". My arp studs are on the way.
