Help me Choose Tires
Help me Choose Tires Alright guys I am looking to pick up some new rims, they are going to be 18x9.5 front and 18x10.5 rear. I have always used the Nitto Drag Radials in the rear, and I am thinking it may be time for a change. I kind of want to get away from the drag radials, and want an aggressive tire that does good in the rain. I dont drive in the rain, but if i get caught i dont want to be sliding everywhere. Also I want something kind of wide. I always ran 305x35x18 Nittor DR in the rear and thats about as big as I want to go. Anyone, please help me out. Thanks!
take a look at the bf goodrich kdws. I'm running a 275/35/18 in the front and 295/35/18 in the rear. With BMR lowering springs. Will be posting photos in a couple of weeks. I love the the way the car looks and it has a sick stance
The car handles better then what it did, from my previous set of tires I had for it (sumitomo HTR Z II ), in the rain. Though my 97' camaro is not a DD. So the days I have had in the rain I took it easy on bringing it home. As far as tire height goes the specs on the tire say it 26.1" tall. hope that helps.
