regular tires or run flats????

regular tires or run flats???? my cousin has a mini cooper with run flat tires that need to be replaced but she tells me these run flats are kinda expensive, can she run regular non run flat tires? are there any pros or cons? any info will help out thanks in advance

i'm guessing the car doesn't have a spare?? if so, if she gets a flat, she's calling a tow truck... the only reason some cars have runflats is to save the weight and space of a spare, like a corvette... u can run regular tires, but ur screwed if u get a flat...
