how to find tire sizes
example 275/40/17 take 275 divide by 25.4 = width 10.82 in inches times that # by .40 the aspect ratio = 4.33" times 2 for top and bottom of the tire = 8.66" add 17" for the rim size and bingo 25.66" over all height this will very up and down with different tire makes but seems to be close most of the time with in .05" over all
