According to a tire size calculator that would equal a 27.5"x11.6" tire. I think that would be a pretty sweet tire and would hook up better than a 26" tire imo. I was running a 28" tire with a six spd and 460rwhp and it was good. I'm sure you will be putting more power to her in the future anyway. It will also fill the fender gap nicely.

What tires are on the car now? And do you know what speed you're going when you turn 3000 RPM in 4th gear? Double that and that's how fast you're going at 6000 RPM, about where you want to trap (taking it up to 6000 in 4th on the highway be a little dangerous). If that speed is higher then your trap speed then you want a shorter tire to get the RPM up faster and maximize performance. If that speed is slower than your trap then you'll need a taller tire to avoid running out of gear.
