what would you do? I hurt my ws6 rims by rubbing against a curb. Im looking to either repair all my rims and powder coat for 550 or buy new wheels and tires for roughly 1200. Or I can get them fixed and leave them chrome for 250. What should I do...if I got new rims they would be 18" c6 black dd rims
Wow that's a lot to powdercoat and repair... I was quoted 300 to repair and powdercoat them. And they were chrome. Id honestly spend the money on new wheels. I was in a hey similar situation and just sold the ss wheels and bought deep dish c5's.
how bad is the rash?you have a ws6 you need ccws ,and all other ta owners will bow down to you lol, those prices seem pretty high imo as well.i would do what you can with your rims now,even maybe fix the curb damage ,if its not that bad yourself, shoot some plast dip stuff on there, save that 1200 and save a lil more for a set of ccws,with winter headed this way there are gonna be alot of good deals coming up.my buddy got a set for 1700 after some adams polish and some tire black they looked as good as new
