Default Wheel offset question

I searched the stickies and the forum, but still couldn't find an exact answer. Wheel specs are:
19x8.5, +30, 255/35/19 (Front)
19x9.5, +30, 285/30/19 (Rear)
I am currently at stock height, but I might lower the car in the future. Will these work or not?

The fronts will work, but with the rears you'll want at least a +38 offset.

Roll your rear fenders and get an adjustable PHB and the rears will fit just fine
