backspacing question
backspacing question would 4" back spacing on a set of 15x8 wheels for the track make them stick out too much and possibly damage my quarter panels? tried searching but didnt find much
if its a 4" bs on an 8" wheel then there is a 0 offset so yea, theyre gonna hang out quite a bit... I wouldnt do it
edit: im assuming you mean the strip so if youre gonna run slicks they will definitely rub...

If you have access to the wheel, I'd bolt it on just to see
do the math - a 8" wide wheel with 0 bs should (in theory) sit in relation to the quarter panels the exact same as a 11" wheel with a 36mm offset...which is what I just happen to have on my car with 13" wide tires. Again, I say 'in theory' since not all wheel mfgrs follow the offset to backspacing rules...
