Default Tire size for camaro

I would like to use 285/40/17 on all 4 corners but I was told by one of our sponsors that they will rub on the front, my car has an eibach pro kit. Has anyone tried this, I thought they would do fine all the way around. thanks.

285/40-17 is about .3" taller than a 275/40-17.
The Pro kit is what 1.25" drop?
The 275s would be safe, I dunno about the 285s, it'd be close.

You "may" rub, but it isn't going to be anything terrible. It would possibly happen at full lock turns, the tire may rub the black wheel well liner.
