Default Tire Size Questions ( please help)

Hi Guys , I have read all the fitment stuff and I keep reading all the post about tire size but I still have questions. I currently have Z06 18" +56 offset wheels I am going to put on . I am just about ready to get tires and I dont want to screw up . Should I get 275 35 or 40s all around or 285 back & 275 fronts or 285 35s all around . My car has the SLP Level 1 suspension so its about 1 " lowered . Please give me suggestions to put my mind at ease Thanks guys

275/35ZR18 is the exact same overall diameter as stock.

285 will be just a tad taller and wider.

Since I am assuming all four wheels are the same width, I see no point in having different tire widths front to rear, especially only 10 mm. Then you can maintain tire rotations, if desired.

Agreed... I have 275/35/18 in the front and 285/35/18 in the back, but I have 9.5's in the front and 10.5's in the back. If I had 9.5's all the way around I would have gone with 275/35/18's in the back as well.

Either will work fine.

275 fit with no concerns of OD and speedo calibrations

285 wll fit too, but OD will be just a tad taller, and the speedo will be off, not much though.

Remeber you are only talking about 10mm of width - not much.
