Default Will they rub???

I am running a 18x8 Eagle 077 +38mm offset and was wondering if a 245/45/18 will work or if I will have problems with tires rubbing?? Thanks in advance!!

Should be ok, with that overall width. My 9.5" 38mm offset wheels ever so slightly rub up front at full turn lock. Can't hear anything, but you can see a little rub mark on the black plastic liner.

Out back you should be golden. My 10.5" 38mm offset wheels do rub the wheel well lip over bad bumps, but your wheel will be near a 1 1/4" narrower to "one" side so that should clear.

The height of the tire shouldn't be a problem?

Hmmm, the tire does seem tall, at 26 11/16" tall. You ideally want to be at ~ 25 5/8"

A 245/40ZR18 would be a much better tire.
