just got my adapters installed today. but mine are different sizes than you're asking for. I have 15mm up front and 27mm in the rear. I HIGHLYrecommend this company for adapters/spacers http://motorsport-tech.com/

don't settle for predetermined sizes, measure your wheels and how far you want them to set out, and get some custom ones made. You'll be much happier!

wow, these guys are awesome! i checked them out and you can make any size you want. do you know if any of them come with studs, or do you need longer studs for all of them? i was gonna go 13mm up front (half inch) and 15mm (.60") out back for my new 18x10.5 in the rear. it should give me enough clearance for the CTS-V brakes up front and an awesome stance out back

oh and if you get the same size all around it is 180+ shipping! that is cheap!
