CCW LM20 questions.

CCW LM20 questions. Planning on getting a set of LM20s on my TA within the next couple of months. Planning on going with 18x9.5/18x11 with a 315 out back.
First question is what should I go with for brakes here.? The car is my daily driver but will also see 1/4 and auto cross as well. Should I go BBK or just some nice rotors and pads? Auto cross duty will most likely be on the stock 16" wheels.
Brake decision takes me to backpacking / offset. I want maximum lip in the rear with a nice clean look up front.
