photoshop request plz!!!!!!

Wondering if someone can make this car red and the wheels all black like a Matt black

I know tt2 are played out bad, but i have Chance on getting some polished ones for a good price.found that they make them I'm all black now and i personally think they look clean!

or just a get a can of plastidip and spray em black. if you dont like it, it peels right off.
