I purchased a set of these real cheap with real nice tires. I was curious about how I should go about sanding down the lip? Can I use a clear coat removing chemical and then re clear them after? I was told they are a 3 piece, but do they actually come apart to the point where I can have the lip separate from the rest of the rim? thanks.
