thats the price for a 275/40/18 (what im planning to put on my G8). I am also debating between these 2 tires. Really helpful for input from guys with 400+rwhp too.

YUP THATS RIGHT BRINGIN BACK A DEAD ONE !!! ... haha well, just inquiring here so anyone that has, please chime in. so, seems a few are saying (in other car forums too) that these actually hook at the drag strip as long as you are under like 375 whp? can anyone add to/attest to this? i'm getting these for my dd tires (arriving tomorrow) & figure what the heck maybe i don't feel like swapping out the hoosiers one day & just wanna go to the strip on the sport comp 2's! ... would i hook decently ? 275/40/17's & i'm at no more than 315 whp
