There's a Jim's Racing Tires & Speed Equipment
in Baltimore, Md, and they do have a website; at least according to my google search.

I tried calling last week and today with no answer. Bought a set of Weld rts from him last year and looking to buy another set. He has excellent prices.

As far as I know they are still in business, I called and talked to them a few weeks ago. If you let it ring forever during the day you'll finally get the voicemail (atleast I did) and it says that they are only taking calls from like 5-9pm or something like that later in the afternoon.
