I've never seen these before today, must be a new model for 2014... they come in 18x9.5 with 39 or 40mm offset... will I be able to run these on all four corners?

Put in a 9" wide wheel with a 56mm offset for reference and see what you get.
A couple good references for front and rear maximums are a 7" wide front with 0mm offset (17x7 Street Lite, just inside fender) and a 11" wide rear with a 50mm offset (17x11 ZR1, these are just inside the rear fenders on camaros).

using 9" with 56 as stock and new wheel is 9.5 with 40
it says inner clearance is 10mm more and outer clearance extend an extra 22mm
Rear:
using 11 with 50 as stock and new wheel is 9.5 with 40
it says inner clearance is 29mm more and outer clearance retracts by 9mm
