I think you could ship using UPS. If the tire are mounted on the wheels they most likely will be under the max weight. Each tire/wheel combination would be a package, so you would have 4 total packages. You would need to weigh each and measure them. Then you can go to UPS.com for a shipping estimate.
The other option is to strap them to a pallet and send them via truck freight.
Much of the cost will depend on where you are shipping to, residential or commercial address. If using truck freight do they have a loading dock or will a lift gate be required to unload the pallet.
Even if someone else says what they shipped tires & wheels for your cost could be completely different.
Contact, UPS, FEDEX, and some freight companies, also I think both UPS & FEDEX have freight options. Go on line and make telephone calls.
Good Luck

I've shipped wheels with tires twice. It's a major headache to make sure you have them packaged properly. The cost is going to be anywhere from $100 to $150 depending on who you go with. Each wheel/tire ships on its own, which generates its own tracking number. If you call UPS or FedEx, they can give you a quote, but you'll need to know the weight and all the dimensions for an accurate estimate.

When I shipped my expensive wheels and tires I completely boxed them and shipped each one individually by UPS ground. Boxing them doesn't really add much to the cost vs. just wrapping them....it's just more of a hassle but it's the best way to ensure they don't get damaged.

Greyhound is another option. Buyer will have to pick up at the terminal. I just wrapped them together. 2 & 2. Cost me $80 takes a few days compared to other companies though

I just went to the UPS store the other day with my C4 rims in hand. After everything was said and done, the total would be 155 bucks for the whole set. I have not tried FedEx yet but I am going to get a quote from them soon and see how they compare.
