Default help with offsets

Looking at New wheels for my 99 ss going with 18x9.5 on 295 (yes I know it'll bulge) lowered on sport lines with Fenders rolled. I want the tires to sit flush with the fender edge. So should I get +35 or +42 offset? Pics would be appreciated. Thanks for the help

+35 will push the wheels farther out

+35 will stick outside the fender. go with the +42 offset. that offset and the tire bulge should put you flush with the fender.

I would go with +40 on a 9.5" wide wheel.
