19x11 and 19x13
Since most custom wheels are good quality, the question is who are the least expensive? Seems with a little shopping stock offsets and more common BC patterns can be had for as little as $1000/4 with lots of choices at $2000. So I'm hoping to not go too much above this range.
2nd option is to downsize a bit to 19x10.5 and 12. Offsets would be +12mm and -7mm. I'm not opposed to using spacers up to maybe 1/2" to get the offsets.
Point of my question is good to excellent quality wheels can be found in the sizes I'm after for as little as $250 new on closeout, special or otherwise but in offsets ands BC for other cars. My time in the industry tells me those kind of numbers represent something around actual cost which means there is potential significant room for lower prices. AND my cars wheels do fit a few other cars, Porsche being one IRC.
And lastly, while its a poor choice, my BC is close enough to the F body 120.65mm that lots of folk just bolt them up, supposedly without issue, That opens up a lot of options.
Otherwise, CCW will probably be your cheapest option with Fikse and Forgeline next. HRE, iForged, and all of the D2Forged, ADV.1, 360 Forged (whatever all use the same mold) wheels are much more expensive.
Thats why I posted here, its SO easy to miss the deal amoung the bazillion styles and such available. Its a lot easier when you know it does exist.
Nice TA....
Wanna do the GM Nationals at Carlisle so I have to decide in the next 3 weeks
QUOTE=BOBS99SS;18177980]2 things, i dont think your going to find a wheel in that size under 2 grand, a nice forged wheel anyway, weld is prob going to be the best option , also dont forget tires, a tire to fit that setup is going to be pretty pricey, good luck, best way to buy forged wheels is used, but in that size it will be hard to find[/QUOTE]
