Default eagle alloys

i have 17" eagle alloys. here is my problem, i have seen others with these wheels and some of the same people's look alot more shiny than mine do, what can i do/use to get these to look alot more shiny? i included a picture

Not dissing your wheels because I have Eagles on my 02 40th Anniversary Grand Prix but you're not dealling with super high quality wheels. Lot's of differences in consistancy. I took mine off for the winter and I still had to polish the **** out of them before mounting this spring. The finish still does not look that great. I really think there is a limit to what you can expect with these wheels - finish wise that is...My .02 worth.

formula, no offence at all...i dont like my wheels...i know they are bad quality, i just wanna know the best way to get them to look the best they can, for the least money and effort.
