powder-coaters are usually pretty easy to find. I found the place that did my wheels in the phone book. Elite Electro Coaters, (by Lansing, MI). Just look under coatings i believe. Shouldn't be a problem i wouldn't think, especially in chicago!

They have a location in Arlington Heights. They can powdercoat then polish the lip, powdercoat the entire wheel, they can do custom colors, etc. Very fast turnaround, and reasonable prices. (I had my ZR1 wheels back the next day).

Take a look at LO-KO powder coating, they are in the southern burbs. I've seen them do some really good work and from what I've heard good prices to. Don't have the number off hand, but I'm sure they'll be in a phone book.
