For the factory 3rd gen IROC-Z Camaro 16 x 8 inch wheels the offset is 0mm up front and the rear wheels have 1/2" more back spacing so the rear 16 x 8's have right about +13mm offset.

0 mm offset = about 4.5" BS
+13mm offset = about 5" BS

I'd would just go with a 0mm offset/4.5" BS, F & R with the 16 x 8's .

So exactly what size wheels are you wanting to run, factor size..?

Well I was told the iroc wheels are 4" back spacing. Thanks for replying and providing all that info btw... I have a 4th gen f body, ls1 firebird. A guy is helping me build a ford 9" to fit my car. I have one set of weld wheels 4 backspacing. I need another set of 4" backspacing wheels for the street also. That 9" is cut to fit 4" backspacing wheels.

American Racing (AR) does make a TT2 in a 16 x 8 and 17 x 8, both a available with a 4" BS(-12mm offset) on a 5 x 4.75" (5 x 120.6mm) bolt pattern.

So what size rear wheels and BS are your track wheels, and tire size..?

The TT2's were actually the cheapest new aluminum 16" x 8", 4" BS wheels I found with the correct bolt pattern. I'm not the biggest fan of them either.

I appreciate the help, I was hoping I could find a dirt cheap set of stockers to toss and there and call it done. I'm not in a huge hurry, I think I remember seeing some on summit real cheap with 4" bs.

Yeah, If you don't mind going with steel wheels you can definitely find cheaper wheels at Summit Racing.

Is there any negative to steel besides weight? Otherwise for street rims that would be fine for me

None that I'm aware of. Even then I doubt the weight would be any issue in a 16 x 8 wheel.
