28 in tall tire

I have been searching and making my own opinions and want confirmation....will a 275/60 or a 28 tall tire "fit" with stock coil springs? I was running a 275/60r15 and it would scuff alittle on inner wheel well and scrape the fender lip on big dips and decent sized turns.... They were 15x8 summit fast 5 looking at getting street lites or RTS in 15x10 and use same tire? I currently have BMR 1in lowering springs and have stock springs somewhere (I think)

I use M&H racemasters same wheels stock height springs they fo rub on the inside. I used a one wheel spacers

I've fit a 28'' DR with BMR 1.25'' lowering springs. Doesn't leave much room but it fits.

My rears are 28" tall, 12" wide. Took some clearancing, but they fit
