19x10 Sizing Question...

19x10 Sizing Question... In the market for new wheels. Summer is coming and I'm really looking to swap out the stockers. Really liking these Z06 Spyder's in black:

I do like the look of the 19" on a 30 series tire so I am not sold on any 18" wheel/tire combo as of yet. Just wondering how this tire/rim width is gonna work out.
My question is do I go with the 56mm offset or the 79mm? I have an 02 camaro that is lowered on bmr springs/koni yellows (1" - 1.25" drop all around) and was wondering if a 275 or 285 (I believe that's what people run on a 10" wide rim. Please let me know if I am misinformed.) tire would rub up front when turning.

Just a quick update: I've been searching through the forums for quite a while and came across cancam99ss which looks completely BA and he's running 18x9.5 with 275/40/18 front and 19x10.5 305/30/19 rear. Any thoughts on this possible combination?
