backspacing question for narrowed rearend.
backspacing question for narrowed rearend. I just got my moser 9" and its narrowed 3" per side. I currently have 17x11 zr1's and the backspacing is 7.95. So since im narrowed 3" dose that mean for me to make a 17x11 wheel work i would need like a 4.5-4.9 backspacing. Wy rearend is setup to run a 15x10 with 5.5 backspacing for the track but i want a 17x11 for the street
4.725 work wonderful with 315 wheel set up, I am in the process of getting 28 inch tires for my BS lite 17x11 4.725 BS and I think I am going with the 295/40/17 tire.
I have toyo proxes 345 and they are too wide with no mini tub. they rub a bit on both the inner well and the outer lip.
