Need help switching center of centercap

Need help switching center of centercap I'm trying to make a center cap similar to the firehawk 10th aniversary. How do I get the slp center out of its housing. I tried using suction cup, tried using a micro screwdriver. What else can I try.

It's done. Put a screw in the middle making the plastic insert crack. Then edge of screwdriver to remove insert, then cleaned up the old glue and inserted the new center
