Weld RTS with tubes?

So I got a set of RTS's and went to put on the ET streets I have and the tubes. The valve stem wont fit and MT told me to drill out the hole to 5/8. That's all fine but if I do that then I don't think I'll be able to screw down the nut that holds the stem in place without hitting the wheel lip.

Just want to know what tubes people are running and if they had to do this also.

I'm now being told by Weld racing that the RTS isn't designed for a tube tire and they do not recommend running one...

Am I missing something? The traditional ET Street drag radial does not require a tube?

They aren't a drag radial
