Default Nt 555r

New member that has purchased 2002 slp camaro. The car has NT 555R on slp 17 inch rims. From what I have read the mickey et is the bst tire but will start with these. What is the best tire pressure for them at the track. I have not race for 20 yrs, so drag radials are new to me. The car has the following slp air lid,slp intake, slp exhaust, long tube headers, kriss 1313 ram air. I am adding 3:73 gears and a yank ss 3600. All help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

At the track I'd run them around 16-18 psi, and around 25 psi on the street

I would start at about 18 psi and go from there. Also don't be afraid to do a long smokey burnout in the box, they need a lot of heat

Those 555r's should be enough for your power level, as said above do a good burnout and 16-18psi is good.

If auto, they'll hook just fine. If manual, do not dump your clutch. Your differential will hate you. Instead, ride your clutch some or launch at somewhat low-ish rpm's till you find a good spot for yourself.

The nittos are good for street driving because the sidewalls are stiff vs m/t's.
