What size is the largest size I can fit on my 1999 Firebird TA on stock wheels?

Thanks, but my TA has the 16" 5 spoke wheels. I assume 245/50/16?

Sorry my bad. If they are 16x8 then yes a 245/50/16 is good

You could get rid of those awful alloy 16's and get some 17 x 9.5 from oe wheels cheap and put 275-40-17 on there.

Due to my location I will not be buying wheels anytime soon... Shipping sucks! My current tires are almost down to the wear bars and do not hook at all. My car is my daily during the summer and I am just looking for something that hooks a little better.

I just put Mickey ET Drag radials on factory 16's for a 2002 Camaro went to 255/50/16 from Nitto 245/50/16. so far the Mickey's are hooking up nice. Everyone has different opinions - The Nitto's hooked nice on the street, the previous owner told me they were only good at the track if the conditions were perfect.

I love my Mickey's and the nt05r by nitto are very nice also.

I found the 555r to be a decent all around tire/better than a street tire but at the track were a finicky pain imo
